Customers browse the Bong Foods menu, choose their food and place a real order under the restaurant’s brand.
Client case study · Live production system
Bong Foods runs its direct-order operation on SP Studios.
Bong Foods is a live SP Studios client implementation. Customers place real orders on its website, confirmed orders arrive in SP Partner, the kitchen accepts and prepares them, and the workflow continues through rider pickup and delivery completion.
01 · The client brief
Build an owned ordering channel that the restaurant can actually operate.
Bong Foods needed more than a polished menu. The system had to take a customer from choosing food to a confirmed order, then give the restaurant team one practical place to accept, prepare and fulfil it.
SP Studios built the customer ordering experience and SP Partner as one connected operating workflow rather than two disconnected screens.
02 · The live result
A real order does not stop at checkout.
The production result is operational: customer ordering, payment confirmation, restaurant handling and delivery status stay connected.
The team receives the order, accepts it, sets preparation time and updates readiness from its restaurant workspace.
The order continues through rider assignment, pickup and delivery completion instead of disappearing after payment.
This case study describes the live operational workflow confirmed by Bong Foods. It does not claim audited revenue growth, marketplace savings, conversion improvement or a specific order volume.
03 · End-to-end order journey
From the customer’s phone to the restaurant—and on to delivery.
These are the production stages Bong Foods uses, not a proposed future workflow.
Customer orders
A customer opens the live Bong Foods website, browses the menu, chooses items and completes the order details.
Online payment confirms the order
The customer completes the approved online-payment step. Only a confirmed order enters the restaurant workflow.
The order reaches SP Partner
The paid order appears in the Bong Foods SP Partner workspace with the customer, items and fulfilment details the team needs.
The kitchen accepts and prepares
Restaurant staff accept the order, set preparation time, follow the countdown and update the order when the food is ready.
Delivery moves into action
The delivery stage records rider assignment, pickup and the current fulfilment status without asking the restaurant team to manage a separate customer-order system.
The order is delivered
The production journey continues through handover and delivery completion, leaving the order history available to the restaurant in SP Partner.

05 · SP Studios responsibility
Customer experience and restaurant operations were designed together.
The work was not finished when the menu looked good. SP Studios connected the customer journey to the restaurant’s daily routine so Bong Foods could receive, prepare and fulfil real orders through one operating system.
