Keep restaurant accounts under restaurant control

The restaurant-approved domain, merchant account and primary business accounts should remain under restaurant-controlled access. Provider KYC, fees and settlement rules still apply.

The handover should identify the launch state, credentials, client-specific deliverables, reusable studio systems, third-party licences, care start date and any remaining responsibilities.
